Celebrities have 7 days to complete your video request. If not delivered, the request expires and you receive a full refund automatically.

When can I dispute a video? expand_more

You can open a dispute within 5 days of receiving your video, as long as the payment is still in escrow. After 5 days, funds are released to the celebrity.

Refunds are processed via Paystack and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or M-Pesa provider.

How do I become a celebrity on KujaConnect? expand_more

Apply via the 'Become a Star' link on our homepage. Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days.

Is my payment safe? expand_more

Yes. All payments are held in escrow and only released to the celebrity after you confirm satisfaction, or automatically after 5 days if no dispute is raised.

Can I cancel a request? expand_more

You can cancel an accepted request from your requests page before the video is delivered. You will receive a full refund.

How do celebrities withdraw earnings? expand_more

Celebrities can withdraw earnings to a verified bank account or M-Pesa number from their dashboard wallet section.

What is KYC and why is it required? expand_more

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required by law for financial transactions above certain thresholds. Celebrities must verify their identity before requesting payouts.
